It is clear that Riviera Maya is one of the most famous Caribbean destinations.
One of the most impressive locations to film in the Riviera Maya is without a doubt the cenotes. There are no rivers in the Yucatan peninsula. They are all underground. And because of this, sometimes the land above them collapses creating holes that give access to these underground rivers, this is what we named cenote. The Yucatan peninsula has more than 2 thousand cenotes. Some of them internationally known as for example Cenote Dos Ojos, Ik kil, Cenote Azul, Kaan Luun, Lol Ha and many more. All this cenotes are characteristic for its magical crystal clear waters full of stalactites, stalagmites surrounded by hundreds of colorful fish swimming there.
